Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Reschedule
Orders can be rescheduled on appointment page before 2 hours from time of appointment. Cancellation requests must be placed through messaging the support staff the live chat option in app.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Emergency / change of plans
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
We request users to reschedule the appointment if possible in appointment page or by contacting the business via chat option inside the appointment page.
3. Dispute Resolution
Users can raise disputes via the bowmeo support team.
